Unlike Bryan, I have never met Mikael and I was not very familiar with his work until this feature. Bryan sent me a couple folders of images and I immediately jumped in. The magic for me was imagining what I would do if I had hundreds of amazing polaroids at my feet, with the task of creating a series of books. Congrats Mikael, hope to see you and Bryan in Greenpoint soon.
