Interesting use of the word ‘eradicate’.

I sense you are being critical of Obama by selecting these images and suggesting he lives some kind of playboy lifestyle when he should be getting on with the series business of being the President of the United States of America. As a foreign observer I’d suggest that it’s much more rewarding to have a President that is willing to show aspects of his job and his life. He doesn’t need to do this and a lot of the photographs on the White House Flickr page are very open and insightful. Even if they only offer a distorted one-sided view of his Presidency, consider this openess against the Bush years.

I kinda agree with James, as all these images have been intentionally put together in order to distort reality.

Of course I am absolutely against violence, and I agree with all the people claiming – at least here in Spain – this action as State Terrorism, but I find no point on these series of photos, selected in order to suggest that he lives a like a playboy disconnected from the world problemas, when it’s not true. I’m not an Obama supporter, but I don’t think this article shows any positive criticism to Obama’s politics, as I think it’s mixing the openness of the White House showing ordinary life of the POTUS, with ideology or etics.

That’s what in Spanish we call mixing churras with merinas.

This post isn’t really politically motivated. It’s more like, “wow, look at all the crazy stuff the POTUS gets to do. And there are photographs! That everyone can check out on Flickr! And edit anyway they want.”

pete souza is a lucky man to have that job, and god can he take pictures. I think obama is even more likeable after seeing these photos. I think there’s a nice kind of humour in this collection.
